Access to Midwifery and Doula Services: Guarantee Black women's access to midwives and doulas, covered by all health insurance plans, to significantly improve maternal and neonatal outcomes.
Policy Oversight Committee: Establish a committee of healthcare experts, advocates, and community members to monitor policy implementation, evaluate effectiveness, and recommend enhancements for Black maternal health.
